Shipping Policy

NuWatt customers receive standard free shipping & same day processing for all orders. Orders are packed & shipped from our network of warehouses. Free Shipping is available to 48 states, not including Hawaii, Alaska, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.

All orders arrive within 1-5 Business Days.

We pay for the tax on behalf of all customers outside of California making all of those orders tax free.

WARRANTY ACTIVATION / SERVICE CLAIMS
