WARRANTY ACTIVATION / SERVICE CLAIMS
Warranty claims can be serviced by filling out the above form. Claims will be reviewed as soon as possible by NUWATT.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
After obtaining a return authorization number (RMA), product should be shipped freight pre-paid to the address provided with your RMA. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this warranty. NUWATT reserves the right to (i) examine all failed LED fixtures to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage and (ii) be the sole judge as to whether an LED fixture is defective and covered under warranty.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For Returns, contact NuWatt by submitting the form above. Contact us to arrange a return & receive return instructions. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated by a NuWatt employee.
All Sales are final after 30 days of purchase. If a customer would like to return the goods within the 30 day return window, please contact us immediately.
