They clip directly into your ceiling through a round hole and connects to power through it's own junction box (IC approved). And with a slim profile of one inch this LED and it's detachable J-Box can fit in small spaces with only 2 inches of clearance need.

Insulation Contact Safe (IC Rated) — NuWatt's recessed 4" LED lighting is insulation friendly. The remote junction box can come in direct contact with insulation without causing problems, and maintains safe temperatures during operation.

Switch Between 5 Color Temperatures — Slide the 5 CCT dip switch on our downlight LED square junction box to set the color to either, Soft White 2700K, Warm White 3000K, Neutral White 3500K, Cool White 4000K, and Daylight 5000K.
